Individual therapy begins with a safe, open space held for each client to share in a secure way. Any thought or expression is welcome. The goal is to create a comfortable space to sometimes feel uncomfortable. Support, feedback, and discussion is framed in a compassionate, humanistic way.

Brainspotting is a technique used to help clients access and process trauma and negative emotions. During Brainspotting, clients position their eyes in a way that helps them target the source of negative emotion. Processing then continues with attention paid to the body and emotions, done with gentle, focused mindfulness.

If you'd like to ask questions, share concerns, or chat before scheduling an appointment, I offer a 15-minute consultation by phone or video to get acquainted.
